‘Awesome treatment LT Therapy was incredible, intuitive and healing-highly recommended.’Janey Lee Grace
As a leading feature writer and editor previously working on The Times, The Mirror Group newspapers and now my own luxury magazine, I can be found constantly hunched over a computer. Sophia identifies where the tension is and then she targets the affected area with her advanced massage, black volcanic stones heated to a constant temperature of 62 degrees. The movements are so swift and targeted that any discomfort is fleeting. Releasing with ice marble as a natural anti-inflammatory it is pure magic. Not surprisingly, I had some pretty deep-rooted areas of tension, and it was marvellous to feel them melt away with a combination of comforting heat and oddly pleasant zingy ice! When the treatment was over, I felt very sleepy and serene. LT Therapy is worthy of the highest accolade. ‘Five Star’ treatment.Alison Jane Reid
I was facing a medical procedure and never having had a general anaesthetic before, I was getting more and more stressed and nervous. Recommended by the consultant to have some relaxation therapy before the operation, I tried various massages, but I still felt tight. Then I had Sophia’s LT Therapy, wow! did those stones hit the spot. As she worked to de-stress my muscles, I could feel this lovely heat just taking away all the tension. The cold stone was a pleasant surprise and she explained why they were used as part of the treatment. I had my operation five days later and felt more relaxed than ever before, in fact my husband was so impressed he booked an appointment for himself. I booked another treatment with Sophia a few weeks after the operation, just so that I could keep myself feeling more flexible. Highly recommend before or after any medical procedure, takes away any anxiety.Carol Bailey
After having lots of dentistry work done with 14 veneers and 4 implants, my whole back was feeling tight and knotted. Sophia’s fabulous treatment LT Therapy helped me recover, by releasing all the tension I had held inside me, but had come out physically in my back. Perfect solution after any nerve-racking cosmetic procedure, to help get your back, body and you feeling good again.Sylvia Simons
After spending thousands of pounds travelling the world looking for a solution to my back pain, I was recommended by a friend to try Sophia’s LT Therapy at her Harley Street Clinic in London. I had a terrible sleep pattern, could no longer go to the gym, my life was a living nightmare. After just one session I felt amazing. All my pain just melted away and for the first time I actually got good mobility in my neck and shoulders that I hadn’t felt in over four years. Sophia reviewed me two weeks later and the transformation was wonderful. I was back at the gym five times a week, sleeping well and even walked properly. Due to the demands of my work as I travel a lot, I now see Sophia once a month to ensure my back muscles are flexible and pain free. She is a lovely, caring person who truly is passionate about what she does. I no longer suffer from those terrible back pains. Highly recommend her specialised treatment.Paul Sckool
After 15 thirty minute appointments with the Physiotherapist to treat a ‘locked neck’ and £750 lighter, I was still suffering daily and in constant pain. After one 60 minute session with Sophia using her amazing ‘LT Therapy’ treatment, pain and problem gone! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Whenever I need future appointments for my back, Sophia is the only person I will book, she gets the results you need fast.Robert Blackburn
I have had treatment from Sophia for the last 3 years. I am a musician based in London but whenever I am up in the north of England I always fit in a visit. I travel a lot with my harp nationally and overseas performing up to 10 concerts a week, I practise and I have to carry the instrument to the various theatres and concert venues (sometimes up and down vertiginous flights of stairs.) This all contributes to quite a lot of tension in my back and shoulder muscles, if left unattended builds up to a lot of pain. After trying different therapies I had come to accept that pain was an inevitable part of my job. When I had my first session with Sophia, I felt my back and shoulder instantly relax much more deeply than ever before! She understands the pain as she communicates with the muscles and knows exactly how to treat the muscles so it goes away. I don’t need to tell her where it hurts, she instinctively always knows, she is truly the Muscle Whisperer. She also gives me advice on how to look after my body in between sessions. I dread to think what state my back would be in if I hadn’t met her.Celine Saout,
My shoulders and neck were becoming so tight, I could barely pick up my baby aged six months. Through recommendation from a friend I booked to see Sophia. I blamed my back problems from an epidural injection, after giving birth to my first child. Sophia checked my back muscles and told me that the pain I felt had been built up due to the impact of unresolved emotional stress. She correctly established that I had lost three very important people in my life, over the last two years and it was because of those losses, that I had poor back mobility and pain. For two days after the treatment I did feel sore, which she said was part of the recovery process, not everyone feels the same. I was able to carry on with day to day things and didn’t need to take any painkillers. Then on the third day I felt more energized, less tired and my neck, shoulders and back felt so soft. After one more

He too loved the treatment. Worked wonders for his back pain. It’s important to find the right treatment, especially in my dad’s case where he is a self employed joiner, he can’t take time off or he’ll be letting his customers down. She’s got ‘magic hands’ and I would highly recommend her LT Therapy, best treatment ever.Bev and Craig Stoppard
I highly recommend Sophia ‘The Muscle Whisperer.’ I have suffered for many years with horrendous panic attacks and tried lots of different treatments, but nothing seemed to help. This all changed when I had a treatment of LT Therapy with Sophia. Immediately after just one treatment, my panic attacks were less frequent and I felt so much more relaxed. I have had two treatments so far and I am already managing to do so many things that I just couldn’t do before. Sophia is simply amazing. I urge you to try this treatment you will not be disappointed.Deborah Wilson
~I had a pain that started in my right shoulder since mid December 2012, which was progressively getting worse. By the time I saw Sophia it was February 2013, I was getting ready to go on my annual skiing holiday. I knew I had to get it sorted when the pain started going down my arm, affecting my concentration. Sophia correctly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in two thirty minute treatments. I loved the hot/cold combination which helped me to cope with the pain better. Thank you Sophia for such a wonderful and unique treatment. I managed to go on holiday pain free and even graduated to the bigger slopes!Kelly Morgan
I lost my mother to cancer in November 2010. After caring for her at home over 9 months, she was the first person I had lost to this disease and it had been such a traumatic and emotional journey. After her funeral, I returned to my daily job as a manager of a very busy media company and my role as a mother and wife went back on auto pilot. One morning, three months after her passing, I woke up and couldn’t move my upper body. My neck was so stiff I could barely turn my head; I started feeling shooting pains in my shoulders which went into my chest wall. I thought I was having a heart attack. My husband called the doctor and after being checked out I was told I was suffering from extensive inflammation in my back. He advised a course of anti-inflammatories and pain killers and said it should resolve itself within two weeks. My trauma continued for a further eight months. I was referred to see a physiotherapist which did improve my mobility to a good level, but I was still experiencing irregular pains in my neck and shoulders which did affect me daily. Sophia came recommended to me from a work colleague, so in January 2013 I booked a 60 minute treatment with her. After a thorough consultation Sophia diagnosed that I was suffering from post trauma stress held in my back muscles due to my bereavement. She explained that even though it had been over two years since my mother’s death I had not fully dealt with it.
She explained that my back represented my past and as muscles have memory; the months of caring for my mother had had a huge impact on me, not just mentally, but physically. Even though over the months after her death, I was coming to terms with my loss, instead of grieving openly with my family or counselling, I kept it to myself. I put on a brave face and just bottled all my pain inside. I had too, I was a manager, a mum of three children under ten and I didn’t want to show anyone I couldn’t cope. Holding onto my pain was a way of holding onto my mum. I saw Sophia once every two weeks for 4 weeks. She used her 60 minute ‘LT Prescription Therapy’ to release my built up trauma. This included a special mixed blend of organic essential oils to help ease the physical pain, as well as helping me cope with my emotional grief. I took the blend home and used it daily as she instructed, in between my appointments.
Even though every birthday, Christmas and Mother’s day is still hard, I no longer have any re-occurring pain in my neck, shoulders or back. I took on board all the advice Sophia gave me and changed the way I handled my loss. Sophia helped me understand why I had suffered so much back pain so suddenly and for so long. I now celebrate mum’s life and only focus on the positive memories. I hope my testimonial helps anyone experiencing any form of neck, shoulder or back pain to look at the bigger picture of why their back pain has happened. If I hadn’t seen Sophia, I would have never linked it to mum’s death and probably still be suffering from daily pain. Thank you forever.Helen Kay
Sophia really does have the X Factor when it comes to massage. I live in the south, and would absolutely travel the four hours to Leeds to have her specialty the Langellotti Tri-Therapy. Whenever I am playing up north, I always book in at least two sessions with her as my shoulders and neck are always a complete mess of stress and tension; Sophia quite simply irons them out with her healing hands and stones. I have not found anyone, anywhere who matches up to her technique and results. I sleep like a log the night of the treatment, and the next day awake feeling relaxed and de-stressed! No-one offers a massage like this other than Sophia, and I will be one of her very happy clients in London!Karen Howells
